SHIPPING

Orders typically ship the business day after the order is placed. In the rare occurrence that a product is unavailable to ship, you will be notified via e-mail in a prompt and timely manner. All shipments originate from our West Coast facility located in Southern California.

All shipments are packaged exceptionally well and damaged packages from the carrier are kept to a minimum.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: We offer a FLAT RATE shipping price of $4.49 for all domestic orders via USPS which offers excellent tracking options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please contact us at customerservice@ccfl.com for our international shipping options.


RETURN POLICY: A full refund of purchase price less shipping will be issued on all lamp purchases returned within 14 days of purchase if received by us in new, unused, and sellable condition.

*This policy excludes custom and wholesale orders.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT: In the rare occasion that a shipment was damaged, we do require immediate notification, preferably upon delivery and not to exceed the 14 day return policy. We will process the claim with the respective carrier and immediately resend the original order or portion of the order that was damaged so that delays are kept to a minimum.

We do ask that you keep the damaged order and packaging for 30 days in the instance that the carrier might wish to pick it up for damage verification, and that you take and e-mail a photo of the damaged item(s) for our records.

LOST SHIPMENT: Lost shipments will be resent upon customer request after the customer has already contacted their post office about the lost shipment. A shipment will be considered lost no earlier than: 2 weeks for domestic shipments and 7 weeks for international shipments. Shipments whose tracking identifies them as "delivered" will not be considered lost.

INVALID ADDRESS: For shipments returned to our warehouse by the shipment carrier (due to an invalid address, a not reclaimed, or any other reason) the customer will have 14 days from the date the shipment reaches our warehouse to claim the shipment as a return and be refunded in accordance with our typical return policies. Orders can be re-shipped if the customer asks for a re-shipment and completes payment of a second re-shipping fee (equal to standard shipping fee for shipping method desired) within 30 days of the shipment being received in our warehouse.
